The Rev. Tony Setley

​Hi, I'm Pastor Tony! I have been the Pastor here at St. Paul since June, 2021.  Prior to serving at St. Paul, I was the Chaplain at the Lutheran Campus Ministry at WVU for 4 years.  From 2013-2024, I served as an Army officer as a Chaplain with the Pennsylvania National Guard.

I'm a native of Berks County, PA and a graduate of the Lutheran Theological Seminary at Gettysburg. While there I met my wife, Stephanie, a WVU grad who introduced me to Morgantown. Together we have one son, Sammy, and two dogs, Salvatore & Sisu. I am a member of American Legion Post 174 and serve as the Chaplain for the Department of West Virginia. I also volunteer as a law enforcement organization chaplain, coach for the University High School football team, and am a member of Cheat Lake Rotary.
